This print captures the sparkle of night lights and reflections in the city as the rain falls.
In the evening on my way home from the studio, the mood would be peaceful and quiet. Except for a chorus of raindrops and footsteps, accompanied by the occasional sound of tires on the wet road as a taxi rode by. Earlier in the day this corner of the city would be bustling with New Yorkers and tourists. The chatter of conversation punctuated by honking horns as the traffic lights changed.
Each size is a Limited Edition printed with a generous 1.5-3in border depending on size, allowing for the print to be framed with a mat or without. I'm a particular fan of the shadow box display for these prints, see image.
Printed on heavy 315g, 100% Cotton Rag paper, with a beautiful velvet textured surface. Each print is inspected, hand numbered and signed.
