This intimate etching recalls a memory, and perhaps some mystery of a quiet moment walking at the shore during low tide. Offering an opportunity to pause and contemplate the coastal landscape.


I create and print each solarplate etching by hand in my studio using my vintage Charles Brand etching press, affectionately known as 'Charlie'. I custom mix a blue, black ink, providing a hint of color on warm white German Hahnemühle Copperplate Paper 300gsm.


Prints are signed and numbered, and are packaged with an acid free backing, clear plastic envelope and include a certificate of authenticity.
